• On the garret (20 sqm) is the bed for two person. On the lower floor (60 sqm) is a comfortable sofa bed for two more persons.
• Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator and stoves.
• Washing machine available.

• Bathroom with tub.
• Barbecue.

• Free tour of Palermo.
• Typical dinner with Sicilian dishes if you stay for more than 5 days.

Rates and conditiones:
From 70 up to 85 euro for two guests per day to rent the whole apartment.
From 100 up to 115 euro for four guests per day to rent the whole apartment.
Rates include the availability of the whole accommodation, sheets, towels, etc.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
